( 二〇一二年六月学校代码: 10128 学号: 200811204028 本科毕业设计说明书题目: 基于 PLC 的自动门设计学生姓名: 学院: 电力学院系别: 自动化系专业: 自动化( 电厂热工过程及其自动化方向) 班级: 自动化 0 8 - 2 指导教师: 摘要可编程控制器 PLC 是集计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术为一体的新型自动控制装置, 其性能优越,已被广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域,并以成为工业自动化的三大支柱之一, 而由于可编程控制器具有很好的处理自动门的开关控制及良好的稳定性,所以越来越多的自动门都采用 PLC 作为其主控制器。本文就是基于 PLC 的自动门控制系统的设计。自动门系统主要由可编程控制器(PLC )、感应探测器、驱动装置和传动装置组成。主要工作原理是感应探测器检测到人进出门的信号传送给 PLC ,PLC 再综合收到的自动门状态信号作出判断,而后发出控制信号,使驱动装置运行,再通过传动装置带动门的动作。通过对整个系统硬件和软件的设计,最后又按照要求对系统的梯形图进行了模拟调试,得出了符合设计要求的结论。关键词: PLC 、自动门、梯形图 Abstract Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) isa set puter technology, automatic control technology munication technology asone of the new automatic control device, i ts superior performance, has been widely used in the various fields of industrial control, and has also e one of the three pillars of the industrial automation , and due to Programmable Logic Controller has is good of processing automatic doors of switch control and the good of stability, so increasingly more of automatic doors are used PLC as its main controller. This article is based on the design of the PLC control system of automatic door. Automatic door system is posed of programmable logic controller (PLC), inductive detectors, driving device and transmission device. Main working principle is inductive detector detects signal transmission going out to PLC,PLC and then automatically prehensive judgement door status signal and then send control signals, cause the drive to run, then by gear-driven action. Through the design of the entire system of hardware and software, and last, in accordance with the requirements for simulation debugging system ladder diagram, comply with the design requirements of the conclusions were reached.
