新型农村社区市政公用设施建设建议
摘要:为了新农村社区市政公用设施资源共享,关注民生、重视民意、惠及民利,防止市政公用设施重复建设、重复开挖现象发生,提升新型社区建设水平,让群众亲身感受新型社区带来的深刻变化和巨大便利,全面提升社区市政设施整体水平,实现社区内市政设施一体化。笔者针对加强新型社区市政公用设施建设管理提出了几点参考建议。

目前,大安镇正全面推进新型社区建设,坚持生态宜居,注重优化生活环境,遵循“工业强市、宜居美镇、和谐兴镇”的理念,以“环境、生态、宜居、和谐”为主题,以提高农民素质、改善农民生活质量为目标,通过农村社区建设,改变农民精神风貌,促进农村向社区化、城市化转变,把社会主义新农村全部建设成为经济繁荣、设施配套、功能齐全、环境优美、生态协调、文明进步的新型社区。
为了新农村社区市政公用设施资源共享,关注民生、重视民意、惠及民利,防止市政公用设施重复建设、重复开挖现象发生,提升新型社区建设水平,让群众亲身感受新型社区带来的深刻变化和巨大便利,全面提升社区市政设施整体水平,实现社区内市政设施一体化。因此,加快市政设施规划建设迫在眉睫。现就加强新型社区市政公用设施建设管理提出以下参考建议:
