宫秀华老师是铁力市第一小学的一名普通的教师。她忠诚于党的教育事业，在20多年的从教生涯中，时时以一个优秀教师的标准要求自己，勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业、热爱学生、团结同志，在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的业绩，深受学生、家长、同事、领导的好评，是一小学优秀教师的代表。她在多年的教育教学中，多次得到上级政府的各种奖励，也得到了各级领导的认可与好评：2002年5月被评为市级优秀辅导员；2003年教师节她被评为市级优秀教师；2005年被评为市级优秀教师；近年来，多次被评为市级优秀教师；多次被评为教育教学能手；多次被评为年终考核优秀......
