摘 要
知识经济时代,人力资源培训与开发一直是企业保持其持续竞争优势的战略手段之一。企业对培训的资源投入日趋增长,对培训从业者的专业要求也日渐提高。
企业培训是企业人力资本投资的一种重要形式,其终极目的是希望受训者将所学反映到工作行为中,提高工作绩效,使员工不断地适应现代管理和科技飞速开展的要求,在剧烈的市场竞争中始终保持人力资源的优势,实现企业目标。培训面对的最大挑战之一就是培训成果的转化问题。本文重点分析了阻碍培训成果转化的种种组织部的原因,同时提出了比拟全面的应对策略。

Abstract
We are now in the times of knowledge and economy. Human Resources have long been one of the key strategic measures for maintaining the petitive edge of a certain pany. Today there is an increasing number of panies who invest more money in employee training. There is also an increasing demand for the e*pertise of the trainers.
The pany training is one of the most important forms of a pany’s human recourse investment. The ultimate aim of pany training is to apply what we learn into the work realm so as to improve our working performance. The employees can thus better adapt to the modern forms of management and the science and technology in transformation. As for the employers, human resource

training can help the whole pany to get a petitive edge in the market, which is crucial in achieving the pany vision. The biggest problem for pany training is how to transform what you learn in the real work practice. The thesis analyzed the factors that are preventing the employees from applying what they learned within the frame of organization and suggested prehensive solutions to the problem.
