1 热炎宁合剂主要药效学试验研究【摘要】目的研究热炎宁合剂的抗炎、解热、化痰作用。方法用氨水致大鼠急性咽炎模型;二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型研究抗炎作用; 用皮下注射二硝基苯酚法研究解热作用;用气管段酚红法研究其祛痰作用。结论热炎宁合剂具有抗炎、解热、祛痰等作用, 为临床使用该制剂治疗风热感冒,特别是上呼吸道感染提供了实验参考。【关键词】热炎宁合剂抗炎解热祛痰【 Abstract 】 Objective To study the mixture of Re Yanning mixture s therapeutic effects of anti-inflammatory , antipyretic , phlegm reduction. Methods The mouse ’s acute pharyngitis model was made with the ammonia water; mouse auricle swelling model was made with xylene for anti-inflammatory function study; the hypodermic injection dinitrophenol was applied for fever relief studing; Tracheal phenol red test was conducted to investigate the effect of phlegm expelling. Conclusion The mixture of Re Yanning has 2 the function of anti-inflammatory , antipyretic , expectorant , this study provides helpful information for applying this agent clinically for treating anemopyretic cold , especially for the upper respiratory tract infections. 【 Key words 】 The mixture of Re Yanning Anti-inflammatory Antipyretic Expectorant 热炎宁合剂由蒲公英、虎杖、北败酱、半枝莲四味纯中药组成, 主要含有咖啡酸、大黄蒽醌、虎杖苷、黄酮等成分, 具有清热解毒的功能, 临床上主要用于外感风热、内郁化火所致的风热感冒, 发热, 咽喉肿痛, 口苦舌干, 咳嗽痰黄, 尿黄便结; 化脓性扁桃体炎, 急性咽炎, 急性支气管炎, 单纯性肺炎等。本文对其抗炎、解热、祛痰等作用进行了研究,为临床使用提供试验参考依据。 1 材料 试验药物热炎宁合剂由清华德人西安幸福制药有限公司提供, 原生药, 相对密度 , 。热炎宁合剂临床用 3 量为 40ml/d( 相当于含生药 78g) 。试验时采用临床等效剂量[1 ]的倍数作为其药效学研究的低、中、高剂量。银翘解毒颗粒, 规格: 每袋装 15g( 相当于原药材 15g) , 由青岛中药股份有限公司生产。 试验动物昆明种小鼠、 SD 大鼠均由第
