1 综合性护理干预支气管哮喘的效果观察作者:陈桂莲鲁秀文王凤婵【摘要】目的: 探讨综合性护理干预对支气管哮喘病人管理的作用。方法: 观察组 29 例支气管哮喘病人的整个临床管理过程中,通过综合性护理措施,包括对病人观察、沟通、心理疏导、普及基本知识以及养成良好习惯等, 并与 3 年前 26 例病人对照组作比较, 观察对疾病基本知识掌握情况以及药物副作用的情况。结果: 观察组 29 例病人的病情稳定, 能主动配合治疗与预防, 其疾病知识掌握率及药物副作用与对照组比较有差异( P ,P ) 。结论: 综合性护理干预可以有效地减轻支气管哮喘病人病情、降低药物副作用。【关键词】支气管哮喘;药物副作用;护理〔 Abstract 〕 Objective This study was designed to investigate the role which nursing care played in management of patients suffering from asthma. Methods Nursing care was given to 29 2 patients suffering from asthma in the process of management by the way of clinical observation, communication, psychological intervention, patient education, advocation of good habits as well as prophylactic measures. 26 patients without nursing care 3 years ago were involved in this study as control group. The patients ’ basic knowledge about the disease and the side effect of the medicine were observed. Results The conditions of 29 patients were stabilized and pliance was acquired in therapy and prophylaxis of asthma. The understanding of the disease and the side effect of the medicine between the two groups were notably different. (P , P ). Conclusion It can be concluded that nursing care can help to alleviating the severity of illness and decreasing side effects of medication effectively so as to play a positive role in management of patients suffering from asthma. 〔 Key Words
