1 虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取与分离工艺研究作者:许汉林, 付宜和, 高鹏, 许承军【关键词】虎杖; ,,, 白藜芦醇; ,,, 大孔树脂; ,,, 硅胶柱层析摘要: 目的优选虎杖的白藜芦醇最佳提取工艺。方法①采用正交实验法, 以白藜芦醇提取量为指标, 高效液相色谱法( HPLC )测含量,优选提取工艺条件。②以大孔树脂富集及色谱法分离、纯化白藜芦醇。结果乙醇提取最佳工艺为 10 倍量的 90% 乙醇回流提取 2 次, 1 h/ 次。经 AB8 树脂吸附富集, 硅胶柱色谱纯化, 可获得高纯度的白藜芦醇产品。结论该工艺可用于指导生产。关键词: 虎杖; 白藜芦醇; 大孔树脂; 硅胶柱层析 Study on Extraction Process of Resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the optimum extraction process of resveratrol in Polygonum ① 2 The optimum extraction process was investigated by orthogonal design and the index of the method was the contents of resveratrol. ② The technology of macroporous adsorptive resin and chromatography was used in the separation and purification of resveratrol by optimum condition of ethanol extraction:10 times amount of 90% ethanol and extracted 2 times,1 hour one purity of the product was gained by the technology of resin AB8 adsorption and silica column chromatography optimum extraction process can direct production. Key words:Polygonum cuspidatum; Resveratrol; Macroporous adsorptive resin; Slica column chromatography 白藜芦醇(3,4′,5, 三羟基二苯乙烯; transresveratrol ) 是一类亲脂性多酚物质, 在虎杖、葡萄、花生、松树等植物中存在, 其中以虎杖的含量为最丰富。其游离的白藜芦醇高于 % [1] 。虎杖为蓼科植物虎杖 Polyponum cuopicltum 的根茎。具有祛风利湿、散淤定痛、止咳化痰功效[2]。白藜芦醇具有抗血小板凝聚, 保护肝脏, 抗肿瘤活性等药理作用,特别是对心脑血管系统具有较强的药理活性。本实验采用正交实验, 利用乙醇回流提取的方法和大孔 3 树
