1 补骨胶囊抗炎镇痛作用研究【摘要】目的观察补骨胶囊抗炎镇痛作用。方法补骨胶囊对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型, 角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖掌肿胀模型的作用, 应用小鼠热板法和扭体法试验观察药物的镇痛作用。结果补骨胶囊高剂量组对小鼠二甲苯致耳肿胀模型和补骨胶囊高, 中剂量对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖掌肿胀模型有显著抑制作用() 。高、中、低剂量组和颅通定组对小鼠热板法致痛小鼠痛阈值有明显提高。颅通定、高、中、低组提高痛阈值分别为 276% 、 165% 、 149% 、 44% 。对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有显著镇痛作用。度冷丁、高、中、低组镇痛百分率分别为 100% 、 % 、 % 、 % 。结论补骨胶囊高剂量有明显的抗炎作用和高、中剂量具有明显镇痛作用,中、低剂量抗炎作用稍微弱些。低剂量镇痛作用不明显。【关键词】补骨胶囊;抗炎;镇痛 Effect of bone-mend capsule (MBC) on anti-inflammation and analgesia 【 Abstract 】 Objective Observation the effect of MBC on 2 anti-inflammation and Observation the effect of MBC on mouse auris-swell model by dimethylbenzene and on toe-swell model by plant test and wrest body test on mouse to observe the abirritation effect of MBC on The re are significant restrain effect() on high dosage group on mouse auris-swell are significant restrain effect () on high and middle dosage group on toe-swell model by hot plant test high , middle and low dosage and rotundine group can significantly increase the threshold value of pain to 276% , 165% , 149% , 44%.There is significant abirritation effect on toe-swell model by acetic rate of abirritation effect about dolantin , high , middle and low dosage group is 100% , % , % , %.Conclusion High dosage group of MBC have significantly anti-inflammation and middle
