1 补骨脂平喘作用有效部位的筛选作者:胡学军邓时贵韩凌李伟英巫志峰【摘要】目的初步筛选补骨脂平喘有效部位。方法建立大鼠哮喘模型, 采用 ELISA 法检测补骨脂不同溶剂提取物对血清 IFN 拟γ/IL-4/IL 拟 25 含量的影响,筛选补骨脂平喘有效部位。结果①对 IL拟5 含量的影响:醇提浸膏、醇提水萃取物、水提取物和醇提甲醇洗脱物对血清 IL-5 含量抑制明显, 而醇提石油醚萃取物、醇提醋酸乙酯萃取物抑制作用不明显。②对 IL-4 含量的影响: 醇提浸膏、醇提石油醚萃取物和水提物对血清 IL-4 含量有较强的升高作用, 而醇提醋酸乙酯萃取物、醇提水萃取物和醇提甲醇洗脱物作用不明显。③对 IIFN 拟γ含量的影响:醇提浸膏和醇提石油醚萃取物明显提高 IFN 拟γ含量, 而醇提醋酸乙酯萃取物、醇提水萃取物和醇提甲醇洗脱物却降低大鼠体内血清 IIFN 拟γ含量,水提取物对 IIFN 拟γ含量影响不明显。结论补骨脂乙醇提取物浸膏、石油醚萃取物和甲醇洗脱物是补骨脂平喘主要有效部位。【关键词】补骨脂哮喘有效部位筛选 2 Abstract : ObjectiveTo screen the antiasthmatic active constituents of Psoralea Fruits. MethodsAfter animal model in rats was established, the concentration of IFN 拟γ,IL 拟 4,IL 拟5 in serum were detected by ELISA after each solvent extraction bEing administered to rats . Then the antiasthmatic active constituents of psoralea fruits was screened according to the effect. Results ① About IL-pared with the normal group , the contents of IL-5 in serum were significantly restrained in the following groups including the ethanol-extracted extractum group, ethanol-extracted H2O 拟 abstraction group, H2O 拟 extracted extractum group, and ethanol-extracted methanol- eluate group, respectively; while not significantly in ethanol-extracted ligarine-abstraction group and ethanol-extracted acetoacetate- abstraction group, respectively. ② About IL拟 4: compared with the normal group , the contents of IL拟4 in serum were significantly increased in ethanol-extracted extractum group, ethanol-extracted ligarine-abstraction group and H2O 拟 extracted extractum group, respectively; while not significantly in ethanol 拟 extracted acetoacetate- abstraction group, ethanol-extracted H2O 拟 abstraction group and ethanol-extracted methanol- eluate group, 3 respectively. ③ About IFN- γ, compared with the normal group , the contents of IFN- γ in serum were significantly increased in following groups including ethanol-extracted extractum group, ethanol-extracted ligarine-abstraction group, respectively; while were decreased in ethanol-extracted acet
