1 钩藤散浸膏对亚急性衰老模型小鼠的影响黄厚才 1 ,胡元亮 2 ,胡春萍 1 ,彭蕴茹 1 ,丁永芳【摘要】目的观察钩藤散浸膏对衰老模型小鼠智力、乙酰胆碱酯酶( ACHE ) 、抗氧化酶( SOD ) 、自由基( MDA )的影响,探讨其抗衰老作用及机制。方法小鼠随机均分为 6 组,除正常对照组外,各组每天皮下注射 D- 半乳糖( ) ,连续注射 6 周。从注射的第 7 天开始, 3 个实验组同时灌胃高、中、低剂量的钩藤散浸膏, 阳性对照组灌以维生素 E( ) 模型对照组与正常对照组每天灌胃等量的蒸馏水, 连续给药 5 周后测定小鼠的训练成绩、记忆成绩及血清 SOD 、 ACHE 和脑组织 MDA 的含量变化。结果实验组的训练成绩显著(P< ), 测试成绩极显著(P< ) 好于、血清 SOD 、 ACHE 活力极显著( P< )高于、脑 MDA 含量极显著(P< ) 低于模型对照组; 与正常组比, 除 ACHE 偏高外,其余各指标相近。结论钩藤散能提高抗氧化能力,降低自由基含量,增强胆碱能神经系统功能,从而防止衰老。【关键词】 D- 半乳糖;钩藤散;衰老;小鼠 2 【 Abstract 】 Objective To observe the effects of Goutengsan extract on memory , malondiadehyde ( MDA ), superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), ACHE in mice to study therapeutic effects and mechanism of Goutengsan on aging Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. All groups , except the control , were administrated ( ip) with D-galactose ( ) for essive 6 weeks. The 3 experimental groups were administrated ( ig) with high , middle and low dosages of Goutengsan extract respectively after 7th day of the injection of D-galactose whereas vitamin-E at0 g/kg body wEight served as a positive control. The model and control groups were daily adminisered with . for continuous 5 weeks. After treatments , the SOD , ACHE activity in serum and MDA in brain of rats were determined , the training score and memory grade were also Goutengsan extract effectively increased the training scores and memory grades. Also , the serum SOD , ACHE activities in Goutengsan extract-treated mice were higher than that in control group.
