1 高效液相色谱法测定银芍颗粒中绿原酸的含量【摘要】目的建立银芍颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定该药中绿原酸的含量, 色谱条件: Agilent ZOBAX SB-C18(250 mm × mm ,5μ m) 色谱柱, 乙腈- % 磷酸水溶液( 9∶ 91 )为流动相;流速: ml· min-1 ;检测波长 327 nm 。结果绿原酸浓度范围在 ~ μg 之间峰面积与浓度线性关系良好, r= 9, 平均回收率 %, RSD=% 。结论该方法准确、可靠、专属性强, 可用于银芍颗粒的质量控制。【关键词】银芍颗粒绿原酸高效液相色谱法 Abstract : ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinshao Granule by HPLC. MethodsThe content of chlorogenic acid in Yinshao Granule was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were Agilent ZOBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × mm ,5μ m) as analytic column, 2 acetonitrile-%phosphoric acid(9 ∶ 91) as mobile phase, the flow rate was ml· min-1 , and the detection wavelength was at 327 nm. ResultsThe linearity of chlorogenic acid was good in the range of ~ μ g, r= 0. 999 9. The average recovery was % , and RSD was %. ConclusionThe HPLC method is accurate, reliable, specific, and can be used for the quality control of Yinshao Granule .
