1 复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效观察作者:李艳平,席云霞,周翠玲,方立本,刘爱军【摘要】目的探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法 106 例符合 WHO 诊断标准的稳定型心绞痛,随机分为两组,治疗组 56 例给复方丹参滴丸,对照组 50 例给硝酸异山梨酯。结果对心绞痛和心电图改变的总有效率, 治疗组为 92杄 9% 和 66杄 1% , 而对照组为 90杄 0% 和 64杄 0% , 两组相比均无显著差异( )。治疗组无任何副反应,对照组 9 例有轻度反应。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,安全可靠。【关键词】稳定型心绞痛; 复方丹参滴丸; 硝酸异山梨酯 Observation on Efficacy pound Danshen Dropping Pills in Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris Abstract : Objective To investigate into the efficacy of pound danshen dropping pills (DSP) in the treatment of stable angina pectoris and its safety. Methods A total of 106 patients with stable angina pectoris in line with WHO diagnostic criterion were divided into treatment group (n=56) and control group (n=50) at random. The former group was administered with DSP, and the latter with isosorbide dinitrate. Results The total efficiencies of the improvements in angina pectoris and ECG were % and % in the treatment group, respectively, while the counterparts were % and % in the control group.
