1 末节断指再植手术方法的选择及应用作者:吴松曾社平邓宇杰罗兆明黄思达【摘要】目的探讨末节不同节段断指再植的手术方法的选择及应用。方法回顾我科自 2003 年3 月以来, 有完整资料记载的不同离断节段的末节断指共 85 例( 134 指) ,分别采用 3 种方法再植:(1) 常规吻合动静脉;(2) 吻合双侧指动脉并近端单侧指动脉结扎;(3) 吻合末节指动脉弓中央支并甲床放血。结果 134 指术后 129 指成活, 成活率 % 。按朱盛修断指再植的功能评价, 优良率 % 。结论针对末节断指的不同离断节段, 只有灵活选择相适应的再植手术方法,扩大末节再植的手术适应范围,才能提高再植成活率, 降低残肢率,从而恢复肢体良好的外观及功能。【关键词】再植术;显微外科手术 The selection and application of the operative methods for paratelum replantation amputated finger 【 Abstract 】 Objective To probe into the selection and application of the operation methods for paratelum different segments replantation amputated Retrospect 85 2 cases,134 paratelum different segment replantation amputated fingers plete record since been replanted in our department operative application:(1)AtV monly;(2)anastomose both sides artery and deligate proximal end artery of fingers;(3)anastomose paratelum arterial orcades central one and nail bed 128 fingers alive,survival rate %;refer to Zhu Shengxius function standard of replantation of amputated finger,fineness rate %.Conclusion To aim directly at paratelum different segment amputated agilitily select corresponding replantations methods,enlarge paratelum replantations operative scale,the survival rate of replantation will be elevated,debase disability. 【 Key words 】 replantation;microsurgery 在国内制造业日益发展的今天,手外伤疾病严重危害
