1 火把花根片联合厄贝沙坦治疗 IgA 肾病的临床观察【关键词】火把花根片[ 摘要] 目的: 观察火把花根片和厄贝沙坦联合治疗对 IgA 肾病不良预后因素的作用。方法: IgA 肾病患者 62例, 随机分为 2 组。对照组 30 例,给予火把花根片治疗, 5片/ 次,3次/d; 治疗组 32例, 在给予对照组同样治疗的基础上加用厄贝沙坦, 150~300 mg/ 次, 1次/d。3 个月后,观察血压、 24h 尿蛋白定量( urine protEin, Upr ) 、尿红细胞计数(urinary red blood cell, URBC) 、血甘油三酯( triglycerides, TG )、总胆固醇( total cholesterol, TC )、血浆白蛋白( albumin, Alb ) 、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶( alanine transaminase, ALT )、血白细胞( white blood cell, WBC )计数和血清肌酐( serum creatinine, Scr ) 等指标。结果: 治疗后, 两组患者 Upr 、 URBC 、 Scr 等指标水平均比治疗前降低,有统计学意义( 或 ) ,且治疗组血压、 Upr 、 URBC 、 Scr 等指标水平明显低于对照组,有统计学意义( ) 。同时,两组患者治疗后 Alb 水平均比治疗前显著升高( 或 ) ,治疗组 2 Alb 水平明显高于对照组( ) 。结论:火把花根片和厄贝沙坦联合治疗能有效地降低 IgA 肾病患者的血压及 Upr 、血尿等促使 IgA 肾病病情进展的危险因素, 从而改善 IgA 肾病病情或延缓 IgA 肾病发展。[ 关键词] 火把花根片; 厄贝沙坦; 肾小球肾炎, IgA; 危险因素 Clinical observation on treatment of IgA nephropathy with Huobahuagen Tablets and irbesartan ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effects of Huobahuagen bined with irbesartan on the risk factors of IgA nephropathy. Methods: Sixtytwo patients diagnosed as IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.
