1 肺痨康对小鼠结核病模型的免疫指标观察作者:申金贵叶品良王帅卢润生魏座英【摘要】通过肺痨康(FLK) 对实验性结核小鼠免疫指标的观察,研究肺痨康的免疫调节抗结核作用,为肺痨康治疗肺结核提供实验依据。[ 方法] 动物造模后, 随机分为 FL K 高剂量组、 FLK 中剂量组、利福平组,另设空白对照组,分别给予肺痨康、利福平、生理盐水灌胃 28 天,观察实验小鼠胸腺指数、T 淋巴细胞亚群、 IFN 拟r、 IgG 改变情况。[结果] FLK 高剂量组能明显增加小鼠胸腺指数( ); FL K 高剂量组 CD4+T 细胞数显著升高( , ); CD8+ 各组之间比较差异无显著性( ) ;模型组 CD4+/CD8+ 比值显著降低, 其差异有显著性() , FLK 高剂量组明显减轻 CD4+/CD8+ 比值下降, 其差异有显著性() ; FLK 高剂量组增加小鼠结核模型血浆 IFN 拟r和 IgG 水平() 。[ 结论] 肺痨康具有明显免疫调节抗结核的作用。【关键词】肺痨康;结核病;免疫功能 2 Abstract: [ Objective ] To study the function of FEilaokang(FLK) in immune regulation and anti 拟 tuberculosis by observing the experimental mice immune indexes, offer experimental base for its treating lung tuberculosis. [ Method ] Randomly divide mice into groups of FLK in high dosage, middle dosage and Lifuping group, set another blank control group, respectively give them FLK, Lifuping and normal saline for 28 days, observe thEIr thymus index, T拟 sub 拟 lymphocyte, IFN 拟r and IgG. [ Result ] The high 拟 dosage group can markedly increase thymus index, as well as CD4+ and T拟 cell ; there ’s no marked difference among all groups on CD8+; the CD4+/ CD8+ ratio is much lower with marked difference, high 拟 dosage of FLK can markedly relieve the decrease with obvious difference; FLK in high dosage can increase the level of IFN 拟r and IgG.
