第一章 工程概况
第一节 项目及现场环境概况
拟建工程位于昆明市禄劝县城，东邻禄大路，西靠掌鸠河。项目地块南北最长745m，东西最宽55m，平面呈长条状，。本项目名称为圣果树庄工程项目名称为：圣果树庄园项目。工程由四川泰丰集团投资，昆明泛亚城乡发展投资有限公司开发；地质堪察由建材成都地质工程勘察院，土建设计由云南设计院。㎡，㎡，分15单体工程，其中一期为南区块11～15＃楼,二期为北区块1#～10#楼。
第二节 建筑设计概况
本期工程地上最高28层，，地下-～±，-～-，10#楼、9#楼为高层，其余13栋为多层建筑。
第三节 结构设计概况
本工程项目中，1#楼～8#楼、11#楼～15#楼结构形式为框架结构，基础采用旋挖机成孔灌注桩基础；地下室结构形式为框架剪力墙；9#楼、10#楼为
