1 长期使用蚊香对小鼠学忆的影响作者:周纯, 孙逸瑶, 施冬冬, 孟晶【摘要】目的观察长期蚊香熏染环境对小鼠学接近的 20 只小鼠随机分为蚊香组和对照组,每组 10 只。蚊香组每天置于蚊香环境中 8h, 对照组正常饲养。7 天后,对2 组小鼠进行避暗实验, 记录、比较停止熏染后 0h、 24h、 48h 各组小鼠的潜伏期和错误次数。结果停止熏染蚊香后 0h, 蚊香组小鼠错误次数比对照组多,潜伏期较之缩短( 或 ); 停熏后 24h和 48h 两组间各指标差异无统计学意义( )。结论长期使用蚊香会妨碍小鼠短时间内学忆能力影响不明显。【关键词】蚊香;拟除虫菊酯;学忆;避暗实验 Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of long-term use of mosquito-repellent incense coils on the learning and memory in mice. Methods 20 mice with similar intelligence were 2 selected by intellectual screening from 40 mice and were randomly divided into 2 groups: mosquito-repellent incense group and the control group (n =10 each). Mice in mosquito-repellent incense group were subjected to the environment of burning mosquito-repellent incense coils for 8h per day, while the animals in the control group were reared in normal conditions. 7 days later, step-through tests were conducted on mice in both groups. The latencies and the numbers of errors at such time points as0 h, 24h and 48h after incensing were noted pared. Results At0h after incensing, the numbers of errors increased and the latencies shortened pared to the control group ( , ). However, the parameters at 24h and 48h between the two groups had no statistical significance (). Conclusion Long-term use of mosquito-repellent incense coils can hinder the lea
