  2、内容要反映地方特点和时代特色。要结合农村的实际，反映农村新涌现的或变化大的事物。一是在乡村建设一章．对新村建设要浓墨重彩地记述．以反映城区农村发生的重大变化。二是在经济一章对农业的记述．要记述清楚农业发展、发达、消失的细节．反映城区农村农业发展变化的规律，从而反映城区农村不同寻常的变化。三是在教育一章对本村支持教育的做法要详细记述，这是农村致富的重要体现。
