1 护理人员锐器伤漏报分析及对策【 Abstract 】 Objective : To analyze the cause of omission of sharp instrument injury of nursing stuff during work in Zunyi and provide a reference basis for regional sharp injury protection : Self-designed questionnaire concerning medical staff with sharp injury was nurses with one year experience who worked in 14 different hospitals in ZunYi were selected to conduct questionnaire survey and the results were subjected to statistical analysis with stratified random sampling and convenient sampling : The research showed that the omission mostly occurred in nurses with low working positions and less experiences , the main reason of the omission included : sharp tools didn ’t contact patients , results of patients ’ blood examinations were normal , not been dealt with promptly after reported , plex procedure of reporting individually , accounted for % , % , % , % , % respectively , the total rate was %.Conclusion : As sharp injuries frequently happens among nurses , the training of occupational protection should be the mean time , for reducing 2 the occurence of medical staff occupational exposure , it is crucial to announce and broadcast panion of blood-borne occupational exposure. 【 Key words 】 Nursing staff ; Occupational exposure ; Sharp instrument injury ; Omission First-author ’s ad
