Methods 45 cases with advanced stage , metastasis of cervical cancer from June 2012 to June 2013 in Liaoning Cancer Hospital & Institute were selected. All the patients were treated with auxiliary chemical treatments , Docetaxel 75 mg/m2 , intravenous drip for the first day , Cis-platinum 75 mg/m2 , intravenous drip for the first 2 day , 21 days/chemotherapy cycle for 2 chemotherapy cycles at least ; Carboplatin 150 mg/d was taken orally , once a day , 1-2 hours after the meal , for 3 months ; the clinical effects and adverse reactions in all the patients were observed.
