一、各类e goods arriving at the harbour。No Prepayment made within one week after the order confirmation will result in the invalidation of the contract.
★如果货到港后一周内，买方尚未付清余款，卖方有权单方面通知终止合同，同时保留预付款作为买方的违约金，另外卖方有权因其对货物享有所有权而支配该货物。
The Seller are entitled to terminate this contract by written notification to the Buyer and retain the prepayment paid by the Buyer as liquidated damages if the Buyer do not remit the rest payment within one week after the goods arriving the addition, the goods will be at the Seller's disposal

Both parties have validly agreed that the goods shall remain the property of the Seller until the complete payment of the price.
买方须承担在货物交付后因火灾或其他事故引起的灭失、毁损的风险
The Buyer hereby assumes all risk of loss ,damage or destruction resulting from fire or other casualty after the delivery of the goods
★ 买方不得以质量问题作为延期或欠款的理由，所有质量问题将在支付清货款余额后通过合同规定的正常质保条款另行处理。买方也无权从应付货款中扣除可能发生的组件质量索赔。
The buyer is not entitled to delay or to deduct the purchase price or its part due to any quality issues. All issues related to the quality matters of modules will be solved within the standard of the warranty provisions set forth in this contract after 100% payment of the purchase price. The buyer has not the right to offset the residual payment against claims for compensation.
★违约条款
如果买方在应付款日仍未付清货款的，%的违约赔偿金。如果超过2周没有支付，则卖方有权单方面通知终止本合同。
If the buyer do not make the full payment within the stipulated period under this contract，the Buyer shall pay % of the due payment per day as liquidated damages, starting the agreed payment day . If the late payment lasts for more than two weeks, the Seller shall be entitled to terminate this contract by written notification to the Buyer。
若合同任一方因对方违约而终止合同的，或在合同生效后，一方因除本合同规定外理由取消合同的，违约方须赔
