　　“塔顶上面是整个风机的最高处，里面设备比较多。”记者在桑晨亮的帮助下小心翼翼地爬到了上面，这里俨然又是一个小机舱，在几平方米的空间中布满了大型设备，伴随着设备的轰隆声，工作人员杨航正在聚精会神地拿着工具检修设备。狭窄的塔顶机舱里很闷热，杨航滴着汗检查着设备的运行，锁紧盘、联轴器、油管、发电机等等。从电缆的磨损到螺丝的松动，每一个细节都一丝不苟。
　　66台风机每月检测一次，16个工作人员，平均下来，每个人每个月要爬上4次塔顶。

　　25岁的桑晨亮是山西人，2010年，电气工程自动化专业毕业之后，胸中满怀抱负的他来到了国电龙源马棚口风电场工作。
　　“当时刚毕业，有点意气风发的感觉，特别想找个地方好好努力，证明自己的能力和价值，我就来到了风电场。”桑晨亮略微腼腆地笑了笑。
