I ��振动筛是利用振子激振所产生的往复旋型振动而工作的,而激振器可以产生周期变化的激振力,是振动筛实现功能的重要核心部件。目前常用的激振器大多都是单一运动方式的,即直线型、圆型、椭圆型的运动方式。随着人们对生产力的要求日益提高,单一模式的激振器已经不能满足生产要求了。设计一种可以在一台机器上获得不同轨迹运动的激振器已经成了迫切要求。而本文则是主要设计一种新型的可变轨迹惯性激振器,从而获得较高的生产效率,增加生产效益。在设计可变轨迹激振器之前,首先了解产生激振力的条件以及影响因素,了解目前生活中常用的激振器分类及其工作方式。其次去了解目前激振器的应用场合和工作环境。最后,结合文献、教材、国内外论文充分了解设计的基本思路,通过分析,着重去解决设计方面的核心难点。本次设计的设计的可变轨迹激振器有以下优点: 一、可以在一台机器上获得不同的运动轨迹,省时省力大大提高了效益,降低了成本。二、在工作期间,例如采煤,筛矿石时由于不规则的物体在振动时卡在了筛网上,影响生产效率,此时可以用可变轨迹激振器变换运动轨迹将物体震落。而不需要人工参与, 提高了安全系数。三、本次设计的激振器的偏心块的质量可变,可以获得不同的偏心块质量,可以获得不同大小的激振力,进而改变振幅大小。提高了激振器的利用效率。����激振器激振力可变轨迹偏心块 II Abstract Vibrating screen is to use the vibrator excitation generated by the reciprocating screw type vibration and work, and the vibrator can produce cycle vibration force, isone of the important core parts vibrating screen function. In this paper, the main design isa new type of variable trajectory inertia exciter, which can achieve high production efficiency and increase production efficiency. Before the design variable trajectory vibrator, first understand the terms and conditions of the exciting force and impact factors, understand the current classification of vibrator monly used in life and the way to work. Second, to understand the application and working environment of the current exciter. Finally, the paper discusses the basic idea of design bination with the literature, teaching materials, domestic and foreign papers, and analyzes the key points of design.
