我有时对待群众不能始终保持热情的态度，尤其当手头忙时，对待群众有应付了事的情况，以至自己为群众服务、为人民服务的意识淡化，没切实做到为群众所想，为群众所急。总觉得自己是一个普通的民警也干不了什么大事,没有深刻理解“全心全意为人民服务”的宗旨，以至于为群众服务意识的淡薄。这是工作中缺乏耐心的根本原因。
三、学习理论不够，对未来警务发展理解不够。
由于工作任务繁重，本人产生了一种片面认识，认为作为警务工作基层单位的基层民警，平时工作认真努力，加上听领导指挥就行了，忽视了加强党的理论和业务学时工作没有丰富的理论基础，在理论联系实际方面，虽然我平时有参加各种学习，还进行过一些理论和业务知识学习，但是没有很好地应用到实际工作中和解决实际问题上来，没能够树立科学的发展观要求，把学习只停留在表面上，做点形式来应付，因为缺乏业务知识、新科技和新知识的学习更新，特别是电脑知识贫乏，对新时期警务工作中出现的新情况、新问题感到难以着手解决。
今后的努力方向：
针对自身的问题和不足，在以后的学习、工作中，我一定做到以下几点：
一是加强学习，不断提高自己的政治、业务素质和科学文化水平。继续学理论和
