在问卷调查之后将会有数据的收集与整理，通过电脑做出饼状图，以个别数据代替完整数据。样本容量预定为70-90之间，以便于具体执行。宿舍区调查的比重相对较小，以免发生同类人群扎堆出现影响结果精度的情况。最后将汇总得到的数据通过excel汇总形成最终数据。
在调查后在本宿舍楼接待室举行小组会议，分析数据，讨论数据结果、面对现实问题的可行建议，并得出结论，并将结论以报告的形式展现。
后勤负责人员负责将所得到的的资料打印等，并整理分类收集的问卷等结果材料。
问卷设置：
本问卷一共有16道题目，分别有自我评估部分、遇事态度部分、热点看法问题，分别映射了基本情况及自我认识、主观法律意识、对法律的认知。我们认为这能较完全的的反映调查对向个人的法律意识情况，其中“女许霆”案我们将对受访者做一些简短的中立介绍，因为“女许霆”事件发生在2009年，部分同学对此并不知情。所以这样对取得更准确的数据很有帮助。
