〔以下简称聘用人员〕，不包括退休返聘人员和后勤社会化托管人员及科室〔部门〕自行聘用人员。
第二章 聘 用
第三条 聘用原那么
根据医院开展战略规划、学科建设目标、人力资源需求方案等，坚持因事设岗、人岗匹配的原那么由医院统一组织招聘录用。
第三条 聘用条件
〔一〕遵守国家相关法律法规；
〔二〕品行端正，具有良好的职业道德；
〔三〕身体健康，能胜任聘用岗位工作，具有全面履行本岗位职责的专业、能力或技能条件。
〔四〕年龄要求：新进人员年龄一般要求在18-30周岁以内。具有中职及其以上职称任职资格的，年龄可放宽到40周岁；具有副高职称及其以上职称任职资格的，年龄可放宽到50周岁；硕士研究生学历可适当放宽；
〔五〕学历要求：应具有国家教育部认可的全日制统招本专业本科及以上学历及相应学位〔硕士研究生要求全日制统招本科起点〕，护理专业全日制统招本专业大专及以上学历。
〔六〕执业要求：符合国家行业执业资格的要求，具备
