内容提要
企业财务风险是指企业财务活动中由于各种无法预料和控制的因素，使企业实现的财务收益和预期收益发生背离，从而蒙受损失的可能性。财务风险管理的目标是防止企业破产，减少风险损失，增强风险承受能力。所以必须健全市场风险机制，建立财务风险评价指标体系，并建立相配套的财务风险管理机制，为企业进行风险管理创造条件，使其能在险中取胜。
防范并化解财务风险，以实现财务管理目标，是企业财务管理工作重点。尽管财务风险的成因较多而且复杂，并无法预测，但可以通过特定的指标和方法来测定，以便企业分析评估，有效防范。本文从综合的角度出发，在设定了财务风险评价原那么和目标的根底上，提出了同时考虑财务与非财务因素的企业财务风险评价体系，利用我国现行的财务指标体系，对建立财务风险评价指标体系加以探讨。
