I 摘要随着电焊机的应用需求,手动电焊机因为其劳动强度大,焊接效率低,工作环境恶劣,对人体伤害大等缺点,逐渐被自动电焊机所取代。自动电焊机的主要体现在自动送丝机构,焊接工位自动转换机构,工件自动装卡机构,工件焊接自动化系统,系统集成控制等,其中自动送丝机构是实现自动化的重要环节。因此,本设计针对自动电焊机的主要传动部件,与送丝机构而进行设计,设计中完成了自动电焊机丝杠传动零部件的设计计算与选型,以及自动电焊机自动送丝机构的设计计算,实现各传动零部件的良好运行,使其不动时实现自锁功能在焊接过程中,自动电焊机实现自动送丝功能。关键词: 自动电焊机;丝杠传动;送丝机构 II ABSTRACT W ith the application requirement of electric welding machine, manual arc welding machine for its labor intensity, low welding efficiency, bad work environment, harm to human body big ings, such as, gradually replaced by the automatic welding machine.
