　　四、普法对象
　　第六个五年法制宣传教育的对象是一切有接受教育能力的全校干部职工及小学生。
　　五、普法要求
　　(一)建立和完善法制宣传教育的考核评估制度、工作激励制度、检查督促制度和经费保障制度，推进普法工作的制度化和规范化;着力开展领导干部和公职人员的法制宣传教育，大力推进领导干部法制教育制度化、规范化，继续推进干部职工年度法制学习培训工作;大力开展法制教育培训活动，加强廉政教育，将法制宣传教育与道德教育相结合，提高依法行政、依法办事能力和服务社会水平。
　　(二) 坚持普法教育与道德教育相结合。大力弘扬“以遵纪守法为荣，以违法乱纪为耻”的社会主义荣辱观，促进我校各项事业的健康发展。
　　(三) 坚持普法教育与我校各项工作相结合。提高依法管理和服务社会的水平。把法律法规以及需要掌握的法律知识作为干部职工队伍学习的重要内容，做到有计划、有安排、有落实、有检查;为
