六羊小学语文教改实验阶段计划
（2007年2月－2007年6月）
 
一、实验目标：
1、在设计上，一定要突出活动，通过活动提高学生的体验，并将识字、阅读、作文三个元素通过教学情境的生成组合起来，从而促进学生整体语文的能力。
2、在方法上，围绕着“制造需要”，“按需施教”这两个生成性的策略。始终关注学生的感受和体会，并引导这种体悟成为学习的动力。
3、在途径上，要重视“无意识”的年级，要进行“模糊教育”。鼓励学生把原生态的体悟、感受表达出来，因为有这种表达的需要，自然而然也就有了说话的需要，写作的需要，识字的需要。要多重视过程而非短期的教学效果，要注意保护好学生学习的兴趣和信心。
4、在目标上，以识字为主，结合作文、阅读两项教学环节。
5、在评价上，突出人文性，对工具性，技巧性的错误给予宽容。可以探索建立新型的评价机制，如延缓评价，友情评价等。
6、在方式上，实验的底线是作为现有教材的补充，每周施教一个单元，保证2个课时的教学量。
二、具体安排：

1、成立新语文教改实验小组，在改革的实施过程中形成合力，帮助解决改革中存在的问题；
