摘要
近年来,大型公建越来越多,尤其是人员较为密积的酒店、商场、写字楼,在紧急状况下的人员疏散是一个很现实和重要的问题,这对应急照明系统的合理设置提出了新的问题。
应急照明包括以下几种:
(1)正常照明失效时,为继续工作(或暂时继续工作)而设的备用照明
(2)为使人员在火灾情况下,能从室内安全撤离至室外(或某一安全地区)而设置的疏散照明;
(3)正常照明突然中断,为确保处于潜在危险的人员安全而设置的
安全照明。就其功能而言,应急照明是十分重要的,它涉及到人身安全的问题,所以应急照明系统设计的合理性是其可靠性的关键。
本应急灯由后备锂电池电供电,而锂电池平常由市电和太阳能板对其充电。当市电断电后,应急灯工作,应急灯由锂电池对其供电,太阳能板对锂电池充电;在市电正常时,应急灯熄灭,市电经整流,滤波后对LED灯供电。

Abstract
In recent years, large public more and more, especially the staff is relatively close packing of hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, in an emergency evacuation is a very realistic and important problem, the reasonable setting of emergency lighting
system are also put forward new problems.
Emergency lighting, including the following:
(1) normal lighting fails, to continue to work or continue to work temporarily and
standby lighting
(2) to make personnel under the condition of fire, from indoor safety evacuation
to outdoor (or a safe area) and set up evacuation lighting;
(3) the normal lighting suddenly, to ensure the safety of the personnel at risk of potential security lighting. In terms of its function, emergency lighting is very important, it relates to personal safety problems, so the rationality of the design of emergency lighting system is the key to its reliability.
The emergency lights by backup lithium battery electric power supply, and
lithium battery by ordinary mains and solar surface charge. After the mains power, emergency lights, emergency lights by lithium battery for its power supply, solar threatening the lithium batteries; When the mains is normal, emergency lights, mains
through rectifier, filter after for the LED power supply.
