Everyone said the greatest, most selfless, maternal love is the是母爱，我也是这样认为的。
一天早晨，刚起先还是毛毛细雨，过了一会儿，就下起了滂沱大雨，雨就像瓢泼一样，拍打着窗户，发出“啪啪”的声音。这一天，妈妈领我去姥姥家，她竟忘带雨伞了，她把外套披在我身上，忽然，似乎有一股暖流涌进我的心田，这是什么?是妈妈对我无微不至的爱。
还有一次，寒风呼呼地刮着，下起了鹅毛般的大雪，我拎着提包，向学校走去。而妈妈呢?妈妈嫌我穿得少，特意给我拿了一件毛衣，在后面追逐着我。“妈妈，你冻得瑟瑟颤抖的，就不必管我了，”我对妈妈说。妈妈则笑着对我说：“孩子，我冷点倒无所谓，可我就怕你着凉感冒啊!”听了这话，我的眼泪像断了线的珠子一样流了下来，泪水已模糊了我的视线，这时，我已泪流满面。我感谢地接过妈妈给我的衣服，对她说：“感谢您”。妈妈则说：“不用谢”。
还有一次，我得了肺炎，高烧39度，妈妈始终守在我的身旁，给我吃药，搓酒，夜与灯都睡了，可我的母亲还在值班。我限制不住自己——哭了。泪水像小车，载着我，奔跑在母爱的跑道上。
假如母亲是天空，我就是自由翱翔在天空上的小鸟，假如母亲是大海，我就是大海中的一朵浪花，假如母亲是宇宙，我就是宇宙中的一颗星，母亲像冬天的火，暖和着我的心。母爱多么宏大啊!
