幼儿教师工作压力现状的研究.doc

摘要
近些年来一直在担任着教书育人重任的很多幼儿教师们普遍都产生了较重的工作上的思想压力还有来自教师职业上的危机感,而这种思想上的压力和危机感是在日益加重的趋势,因为现如今的幼儿园内过重的工作压力导致我国幼儿教师产生了高度的身心紧张和焦虑心理,能够直接的影响她们的心情和心理健康问题。就目前幼儿教师来言,她们总体工作的幸福感并不强,在教学过程中存在很大程度上的职业倦怠,幼儿教师的幸福感与工作中的职业倦怠,我们通过对幼儿教师现状的进一步归因和分析之后,进而的从学校层面以及社会层面和个人层面提出了切实可行的意见还有建议。本文通过对幼儿教师压力的来源以及如何解决幼儿教师的工作思想压力和来自职业的危机感的梳理。在此基础之上,与幼儿教师工作压力身心反应状况和幼儿教师压力以及压力的反应关系进行比较和分析,发现幼儿教师教书育人的教学过程中存在的问题。通过对幼儿教师压力的分析,和幼儿教师工作压力的身心反应的阐述,对幼儿教师的具体解压实践进行指导;更好的更积极的解决幼儿教师的工作压力。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, undertaking the teaching task of teachers generally has a heavy work pressure and sense of crisis and the pressure and crisis from professional has a rising trend, excessive work pressure in preschool teachers has a high degree of tension and anxiety, directly caused their mental health problems. Preschool teachers pressure problem e the education facing the challenging problems. This article through to the source of the preschool teachers pressure and how to solve the preschool teachers' work pressure b from professional sense of crisis. On this basis, and preschool teachers work stress reaction of body and mind condition and the relationship between preschool teachers' stress and stress parison and analysis, found that preschool teachers teaching problems existing in the teaching process. Through the analysis of pressure on preschool teachers, preschool teachers' work pressure and reaction of body and mind, extract the practice of teaching children the teacher guidance; Further solve the preschool teachers' work pressure.
