Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普及万方数据库中文献，筛
选随机对照试验，采用 进行 Meta 分析，并进行成本-效果分析、单因
素敏感性分析、概率敏感性分析。结果：共纳入 28 项研究，2 818 例患者，其中
联合用药组（Y 组）1 427 例，常规用药组（C 组）1 391 例。Meta 分析结果显
示：Y 组临床有效率、心电图有效率、心绞痛有效率均高于 C 组（P<），两
组均具有较好的安全性。成本-效果分析显示：相较于 C 组，Y 组的增量成本效果
比为 2 元。敏感性分析显示基础分析结果较为稳健。结论：银杏达莫注射
液联合常规用药方案较常规方案疗效更佳，安全性较好，且当意愿支付值>3 000
元时具有一定经济性。

ABSTRCT OBJECTIVE: The study aims to evaluate the efficacy, security and
economics of Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with
conventional medication versus conventional medication in the treatment of anginapectories of coronary heart disease. METHODS: Use ‘Ginkgo Leaf Extract and
Dipyridamole’，‘Angina pectories’ as keywords to search data base like Pubmed,
Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, CQVIP, Wanfang database from the inception to
December 2020. Use to carry out Meta-analysis and analyze the
publication bias of obtained results; Evaluate the cost-effectiveness and conduct
single factor sensitivity analysis and probability sensitivity
