美发与形象设计专业教学方案
一、招生对象与学制：
本专业招收初中毕业生或具有同等学力者，学制2年。
二、培养目标与业务范围：
(一) 培养目标
培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要，德智体美全面开展，具有综合职业能力的美容美发与形象设计人员。使他们具有科学的世界观、人生观和爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义思想以及良好的职业道德和行为标准；掌握必需的文化根底知识、专业知识和比较熟练的职业技能，具有继续学习的能力和适应职业变化的能力；具有创新精神和创业能力；具有健康的身体和心理；具有根本的欣赏美和创造美的能力。
(二) 业务范围
1. 面向美发与形象设计企业(包括美容美发厅、形象设计室、婚纱摄影中心等)，从事经营管理和操作。
2. 面向化装品销售公司，从事形象代表、公关、销售员等工作。
3. 面向广告公司、新闻媒体等企事业单位，从事公关、形象设计工作。
4. 私人创业开设公司、专业店等。
三、知识结构、能力结构及要求
(一) 知识结构
1. 掌握必需的文化根底知识。
2. 掌握本专业所必需的计算机根底知识。
3. 掌握本专业所必需的专业理论知识，具有本专业所必需的绘画、色彩、化装、造型设计等根底知识。
4. 掌握皮肤护理的知识以及各种化装品、洗染发用液的性能、分类及使用方法等根本知识。
5. 掌握效劳心理与礼仪、人际交往的根本知识。
6. 掌握本专业创业和经营管理根本知识。
