3、河道边无垃圾堆积，水面漂浮物少见；
4、农家庭院无垃圾污物和积水，室内物品摆放整齐，地面、家具、门窗无污迹积尘；
5、房屋前后杂物堆放整齐有序；
6、村内墙壁干净整洁，无乱涂乱画现象；
7、家禽家畜实行圈养。
〔三〕垃圾处理方面
1、建有专门的垃圾中转站〔或移动代站〕；
2、垃圾箱或垃圾桶摆放合理，数量足够，保持整洁；
3、专人收集垃圾，实行垃圾日产日清,垃圾收集率到达100%。
〔四〕卫生厕所建设方面
1、村内全面消灭露天粪缸、简易厕所；
2、合理设置公共厕所；
3、公共厕所有专人管理、卫生整洁。
四、考核方法
镇政府成立考核小组,由镇爱卫领导小组及镇聘老干部组成，并抽调有关行政村干部进行交叉检查，每个月对各行政村进行一次检查考核，并进行通报，按照得分上下，每个月评出先进3名〔考核综合得分在85分以上的村才有资格参与评选先进〕和进步奖2名，按月发放奖励资金。
五、奖惩方法
1、每月检查通报，获得前三名先进的各奖励300元，获得进步奖的村各奖励200元。
2、对完成县级卫生村专项奖励1000元，完成市级卫生村专项奖励3000元，完成省级卫生村专项奖励5000元。
