一、借据的格式
借据是单位或个人借用现金或财物时向对方出具的凭据，也称借条。 正规的借据写法包括三局部：
1、标题，一般即为“借条〞或“借据〞
2、正文，一般为向谁借了什么东西，数量多少，什么时间归还。如果要再详细一点，对于实物，还应包括物品的品种、规格、型号等，归还时，以什么方式归还。
3、落款，包括借款人和借款时间。
如果借款人是单位，还应加盖单位印章；借款时间要“年月日〞齐全。
二、借据的格式写法
　　1、标题一定要写“借条〞二字，切莫被别人成心误写成“欠条〞， 特别注意：虽然都是钱在别人那，但在法律上结果却是完全不同的;
　　2、一定写明“今借到***现金***元，注明大写***圆整。特别注意：核实大小写相一致，如果大小写数额不一致，司法实践中会以大写金额为准;
　　3、一定写正确出借人姓名，身份证号码，同时一定要写明借款人的姓名和身份证号码，以防止发生纠纷时再去核实借款人身份是否重名等问题;
