工程概况
本工程新建220kV双回线路路由从滦县〔唐山东〕500kV变电站北侧出线后平行新建东吕、东古220kV线路〔在东吕和东古线之间〕，经N4(J2)向西途经姚庄、郭庄、徐家庄至土山庄东南N15〔J3〕处，此处线路跨越东吕220kV双回线路及多条110kV线路构成的高压走廊；之后线路向西南方向转角，途经龚庄、杨庄子、小东庄，小新庄、刘各庄至N36〔J12〕处，此处线路向北直转角跨过沙河至海子沿村西侧唐家庄220kV变电站。期间线路在龚庄村与杨庄子村之间下钻姜安一、二双回500kV线路，采用2个单回线路钻越。
由于东吕线N32—N36段占用了滦唐线N29—N33之间的路径，需向小新庄东南方向迁改东吕线N32—N36段。
二、本次迁改线路范围及工作量
湙唐220kV线路在N31〔J10 小辛庄东南侧〕处，由于现状东吕220kV线路与小辛庄村之间的距离只有34m,无法通过新建滦唐220kV双回线路，因此，对现状东吕220kV线路#32-#36段进行迁移改造，将其路径南移让出位置走新建滦唐220kV线路。迁改现状东吕220kV新浇制铁塔根底3基，新组立铁塔3基，改造线路长度2*,导线型号为：JL/G1A-630/45型钢芯铝绞线。地线运行方式为面向大号左侧为OPGW光缆，右侧为良导体。

四、施工前准备工作：
1. 所有相关材料，导地线、金具、光缆已准备齐全，符合设计施工图纸。
2. G2铁塔已组立完成，G1、G3铁塔组立下面两段〔不影响东吕线平安运行〕，配片、核对塔料完成。工器具、机械设备已运至现场并试运转正常。
3．验电器、平安防护地线及其他平安设施已准备好。
4. 核实停电施工线路名称、相序、临近带电线路名称，对危险源点的识别及应对措施
