〔二〕我市卫生人才队伍建设取得的成效
近年来，随着我市经济社会的不断开展，卫生人才总量明显增加，特别是加强了临床医学专科人才、社区医学人才、护理人才、公共卫生人才等方面的建设力度，培养了一支具有较高素质的卫生专业人才队伍，为卫生事业良性开展打下了扎实的根底。
1、卫生人才总量明显增加。2022年来的五年间，卫生技术人员增加764名，%。预防保健人员增加45人，%；乡村社区医生增加64人,%。疾病预防控制中心人员和卫生监督执法人员分别增加14人和30人，%和100%。人员素质得到提高，年龄结构得到优化，学历层次和职称层次都有明显提升。
2、社区卫生效劳机构人员素质普遍提高。2022年来，随着我市社区卫生效劳的深入推进，卫生院逐步转型为社区卫生效劳机构。加强全科医师岗位培训教育，取得培训合格证129名。对乡村社区医生实施两年一次的注册培训，组织全体社区医生开展常见病、中医适宜技术、慢性病管理、公共卫生效劳等专项培训，同步开展学历教育，社区卫生队伍素质普遍提高，为城乡居民提供良好的根本医疗和公共卫生效劳。
