    城市中一切户外广告设施。所谓户外广告是指城市中一切利用建筑物、构筑物、市政公用设施及其他城市空间设置于户外的广告媒体。按其位置和用途可分为以下两大局部：

    1．落地式广告：是指单立柱式、单独设置的实物造型、充气式装置和电子显示牌及路牌，即设置于街道空间上的独立广告。
    2．附着式广告：是指附着在建筑物、构筑物上的广告招牌。建筑上的广告可分为：平行于墙面设置的；垂直于墙面设置的；设置于屋顶的。
