(8)标准车辆停放点，整治乱停乱放现象。
2．打造亮点
着力打造我镇新农村建设中的亮点。我镇将吴场村的改造作为我镇新农村建设的重点，将其打造成为剅河镇的亮点，起到示范带头作用，以点带面，促进全镇新农村建设工作的顺利、深入、全面开展。
(1)吴场新民居和谐村庄。将和谐村庄建设与新农村建设工程相结合，在吴场村打造出新村示范点；
①撤除违章建筑物、危房，对农房进行维修加固，统一房屋风貌；
②硬化入户道路、院坝，修建集中供水站，标准厕所、厨房、猪圈等；
③补植绿化带，大力开展庭院经济。
二、具体措施
1．实行目标责任制和门前三包制。以辖区〔线段〕为单位，与各村、单位负责人签订目标责任书，责任到头。

2．落实各村保洁长效机制。各村充分调五保、低保人员的主动性和积极性，实行分片定人负责制度，使其参与到村道路的清扫保洁工作中来
3．组建义务保洁队伍，每月5号、15号、25号为义务清扫日，对指定的区域进行清扫。
4．实行流动红旗制度。全镇38个村2个居委会统一考核，统一评比。每月进行一次检查，对各村进行打分排名，综合评比第一的村为“流动红旗〞村。
