为了深入落实《河北省教育厅关于进一步加强学校消防安全“四个能力”建设提高学校消防安全管理水平的通知》(冀教政体【2009】97号)和承教工委【2009】63号文件精神,进一步贯彻新《消防法》,按照河北省社会单位消防安全“四个能力” (检查发现和整改火灾隐患能力、扑救初期火灾能力、引导人员疏散逃生能力、自我宣传教育培训能力)建设标准,结合我县实际情况,落实教育单位消防安全主体责任,提升火灾自防自救能力,特制定实施方案如下:
