二、原因剖析
1、政治学时只满足于读书、看报， 参加单位集中组织的学习多，自学少，联系实际不够，使自己对理论知识的理解与实际脱钩，没有发挥理论的指导作用，只是为了学习而学习，使学习变得形式化、 教条化，因而不能准确把握形势。
2、专业水平不高，不够钻研。没有深刻意识到专业水平的高低对工作效率和质量起决定性作用，专业水平要有提高，必需要对专业钻研，而自己在专业方面存有依赖性，认为自己的专业知识在教学中已经够用了。
3、 工作方法简单，只安于表面。 把自己份内的事做好就可以了， 处理事情方法比较简单，没有创新精神，工作作风还不够扎实，对问题不作深层次的分析，思考不深刻，有时把工作作为负担，未注意到工作方法的完善会给自己的工作带来动力。
三、改进措施
针对自己在工作中存在种种问题，我将在以后的工作中，认真反思，加以改进，时时开展自我批评，严格要求自己，行动上要增强奉献意识，少计得失
