是的，从古至今，任何改革都是艰辛的，除了需要有勇气、谋略外，更需要有坚持！作为管理者，在改革年代，我们有义务、更有责任去正确引导、带领我们的员工开展工作。
今天，面对“如何开展护理创优”这个命题，作为一名基层医院的管理者，我，感慨万千！但我最想说的第一句话是：向你们致敬！县级医院的护士们！你们辛苦了！因为，在我们这个县级市，就在你们离家仅有几里路的医院，为了给患者提供满意服务、保障患者安全，你们要有太多的中午留在这里。你们比大城市、大医院的护士做的更不容易！
回首已悄然走过的创优之路，看着眼前的命题“如何做好护理创优”，内心涌上千言万语。在此，结合我院实际情况，针对“如何做好护理创优”，谈以下几点个人感悟：
感悟一：作为护理部，优质护理开展的直接推行部门，要通过我们的宣传，让医院各个部门、尤其我们的护士了解、掌握两点创优知识：
优质护理的切入点、落脚点、关键点是什么？
：转变护理模式，改目前的功能制护理为责任制整体护理；
：履行护士职责；
：变革护士排班，护士到病人身边提供专业、无缝隙的照护。
