名师工作室工作总结
本学期，我按照名师工作室的计划，积极指导青年教师参加学校组织的公开课、赛教课等校本研修听评课活动，亲自上示范课，指导青年教师积极参加“高效课堂人人过关”活动，参与编写校本教材《2014中考试题预测研究》，多次组织青年教师培训活动，召开教研会，集体探讨教学问题，认真地完成了计划安排的各项工作。
一、开展青年教师公开课听评课活动
制定青年教师公开课教学计划，组织青年教师进行公开课活动（3-4月份），并要求青年教师书写听课心得及公开课的反思。为5月份的青年教师赛教做好准备工作。
二、青年教师培训：
题目：《做一个会上课的老师》
要求青年教师学会做一个会上课的老师，做一个心中有学生为学生服务的老师，而不是以自我为中心之陶醉于自己的教的精彩的老师，而是关注学生是否学得快乐和成功的老师。所以，教学要转变，要以学生为本， 以学生为中心，回归教育的本源——生本教育。通过专家讲座及自学的形式为青年教师渗透新的教学理念，强化其内在素质。
三、青年教师赛教
2014年5月19日 到2014年5月23日，我校进行了“331”高效课堂青年教师赛课活动，本次赛教参赛教师不在本班教室讲
