胃肠安丸抗炎活性研究

摘要:目的研究胃肠安丸抗炎活性,初步分析其活性成分。方法采用 HPLC 法对胃肠安丸甲醇提取物进行成分分析;
采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加 3 种急性炎症模型以及大鼠棉球肉
芽肿慢性炎症模型,研究胃肠安丸甲醇提取物对急慢性炎症的作用。结果胃肠安丸甲醇提取物中有 12 个主要成分,分别
为来源于木香中的木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯,来源于厚朴中的厚朴酚、和厚朴酚,来源于枳壳中的柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙
皮苷,来源于大黄中的芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚。胃肠安丸甲醇提取物 800 mg/kg 时,对小鼠耳
肿胀的抑制率达 %,对冰醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加的抑制率为 %;并对角叉菜胶致炎大鼠足趾致炎后 1 h
显现抗炎活性;对大鼠棉球肉芽肿显示抑制活性。结论胃肠安丸对动物急慢性炎症均具有较好的抗炎作用。
