基于PLC的电机控制系统的研制
摘要
电动机作为电力系统中的主要负载,电机用户消耗了超过1/2的系统负荷,但从机电能量转化的角度来看,大多数电机的效率仍然偏低。随着工农业的不断发展,对电动机运行的要求也不断提高,很多的生产过程中都要求电动机能根据不同的工况,运行在不同的速度状态下。随着科学技术的不断发展,微电子技术、计算机技术和自动控制技术也得到了迅速发展,PLC、变频器和电气控制系统在工业中的应用越来越广泛。在实际的工程应用中往往是根据工程项目的需要,用PLC进行编程实现复杂控制,利用变频器实现变频调速和软启动控制,利用电气控制系统实现主电路的连接,三个系统要密切配合才能实现控制要求。
本设计将在PLC电控系统的基础上配合变频调速装置,运用现在先进的矢量控制技术,实现提升电机在不同时间阶段运行在不同速度下。

DEVELOPMENT OF THE MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON PLC
ABSTRACT
Motor as the main load in the power system, motor users consumed more than 1/2 system load, but the electromechanical energy conversion point of view, the majority of the motor efficiency is still low. With the continuous development of agriculture and industry, the motor is running, a lot of the production process requirements of the motor according to different conditions, run at a different speed. With the continuous development of science and technology, microelectronic technology, computer technology and automatic control technology has been rapid development of the PLC, inverter and electrical control system is more widely applied in industry. In practical engineering applications, often according to the needs of the project, with the PLC programming to plex control, the inverter frequency control and soft start control, electrical control system to achieve the main circuit connection, the three systems should closely cooperate to achieve the control requirements.
The design will be on the basis of the PLC electric control system with frequency control devices, the use of advanced vector control technology to achieve to enhance the speed of the motor at different times and stages.
