2、省、市卫生行政部门对所考核的乡镇卫生院评定出优秀乡镇卫生院，给予表彰和奖励，并予挂牌（牌匾由省卫生厅统一制作，在全省乡镇卫生院管理年活动总结表彰大会上统一授牌）。
五、工作要求
1、加强组织领导。管理年活动的考核评估结果将作为对乡镇卫生院评价和分类定级的重要依据，各单位一定要充分认识到考核验收工作的重要性和紧迫性，抓紧动员，紧急部署，全力做好各项迎检准备工作。区卫生局成立考核评估和总结验收工作领导小组，由局长X建军同志任组长，副局长尹卫华、傅学军同志任副组长，业务股、防保股、医改办、法制股、监察室、计财股等股室负责人为成员。领导小组办公室设业务股，曾治平同志任办公室主任，负责对全区考核评估和总结验收工作的组织部署和统筹协调。各单位也要成立相应机构，各医院院长为迎检验收工作的第一责任人，同时明确分管领导和岗位责任人，组织干职工认真学习《评分细则》，将各项指标具体分解到相关责任科室。要安排工作认真、业务能力强的同志具体负责各项准备工作，对工作能力有限、责任心不强的人员要及时进行岗位调整，确保迎检验收工作万无一失。
