of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of t，实现了全县一X网。2009年10月，有线网络与电广传媒合资组建“XX有线衡南电广网络XX”，实现了我县有线网络企业公司化经营管理；电影公司成建制整体划归广电，大力组织实施电影事业“一三五”振兴纲要（即一年行动见效，三年计划脱困，五年全面振兴），圆满完成招待所建设，盘活了原有资产，成功引进云集第一家三星级宾馆——兴源大酒店，喜洋洋食府以及生源百货入驻，成为县城新的商业亮点。2010年9月至2011年8月，完成了全县27个乡镇（办事处）50000多用户数字电视整体平移工程，实现了从模拟电视到数字电视的华丽转身。为扩大广播电视综合覆盖面，我县与市广电部门合作建设农村无线数字电视工程，已建成了石牛峰无线数字电视发射主站，信号覆盖衡南大部分和市区全部地区，现正在加快用户发展。在偏远地区，通过推行卫星直播电视，有力地推进了广播电视“村村通”、“户户通”。目前，我县广播覆盖率达99%，电视覆盖率达98%。通过多种信号传输手段，基本满足了全县人民收听、收看广播电视节目的文化需求。

三是拓宽渠道，创新经营。我县广电系统积极创新创收模式，经营收入持续稳定增长。近年来广电经营收入连年刷新纪录，年均增幅达30%，年经营收入过2000余万元。经营收入和固定资产较10年前分别增长了10多倍和20多倍，经营管理资产达亿元，净资产与2003年相比增长近40倍。全县广电综合实力显著增强，确保全系统保运转、保工资和保发展目标，妥善解决了历史遗留问题，实现全员全项目纳入社会保障，改善
