Thus, these data lead to a series of phenomena. Firstly, along with the soaring saving ratio, the product capacity is also booming. The both of them bring about the excess supply. To solve the excess product, the nation encourages export to clear them, which cause the insufficient domestic demand.
Moreover, with the reform and opening up in China, the government promotes both enterprise and private investment in foreign countries. In addition, the globalization makes a great contribution to the increasing of foreign direct investment. We can be clearly informed of the recent trend of FDI, equals to the foreign direct investment, which also stays the increasing tendency continuously as the same as the saving rate.
The reasons why cause the high FDI rate mainly consist of several aspects as follows: low labor cost, the key point attract foreign investors to move factories to China. And then , the gradual improvement of market and investment environment since China join in WTO. With the development of Chinese economic, we can not neglect the huge market potential and high investment rate of return.
As to the domestic economic policy, the primary parts are
made up of free trade policy and encourage export policy. With
the development of opening market , it's essential for us to trade with other countries .As a result, the tendency of international trade have a deeply effect on the growth of economic .However, to some degree, the government tend to encourage export though the low profit. Meanwhile, the management of export is relatively more flexible than the management of import. Government carried out some measures to limit the official institutions to provide bonds to foreign countries.
